Aerials of a car carrier vessel which ran aground near Southampton show the ship in a stable condition but heavily listing. The 51,000-tonne Hoegh Osaka became stranded on Bramble Bank in the Solent between Southampton and the Isle of Wight on Saturday night. The ship's owners say it was deliberately grounded to avoid the vessel capsizing. It is not yet known what caused the accident
